I hope you’re all well. I’m reaching out to invite you to meet with the site plan applicant for the property located at 1501 Langston Boulevard (formerly known as the “Air Force Association” building).

As you may know, Taicoon Property Partners, LLC purchased this property in June 2023 and submitted a preliminary site plan application to the County in April 2025. This submission is an initial step in the process to redevelop the site — with a more public engagement process to begin likely no sooner than November 2025.
