The North Highlands Citizens Association is the civic association for the North Highlands Neighborhood in Arlington, Virginia.
The neighborhood is bounded by Langston Boulevard on the south, Spout Run Parkway on the North and West and the George Washington Memorial Parkway on the North, and North Oak St on the East.
Meetings
NHCA meetings are held on the last Wednesday of the month from January through May at 6:30 PM at the Dawson Terrace Community Center. The center is located at 2133 N Taft St, Arlington VA.
The Annual Board Meeting and Community dialogue is held the last Wednesday in October at Dawson Terrace Community Center.
